Interspire emails always get in [spam] folder

Hi, I'm a novice in e-mail marketing, i have a large email list with potential clients that i need to reach, for that i hired a dedicated server, i followed every steps that i found to get my emails inbox (spf,dkim,reverse etc...), now when i use an email configured on Outlook i can get inbox for all main email providers (gmail,yahoo,hotmail etc...) but when i use an email marketer software such as interspire or oempro my email always land in spam folder even when i configure the smtp server as the same email that work on outlook ?_? the only think that i can think about is that interspire or oempro generate invalid email header or something like that :/ am i the only one facing this problem, or did i missed something. Thanks for any help

Check your IP rep at senderscore [DOT] org

You most likely have IP's which are blacklisted. Also, use MXTOOLBOX diagnostics, and paste in your IP address. It'll show any errors it might find. Sounds like your RDNS might not be configured right.

EDIT: Also, how bigs your list and how much are you sending out on an hourly rate?

my ip reputation is still neutral (didn't send more then 100 mails for now) my list is over 500.000
All MXTOOLBOX diagnostics are ok except for SMTP TLS
RDNS is set correctly and tested
edit : checked my IP it's not blacklisted anywhere

well there's probably where your problem lies. SMTP TLS stands for 'Transport Layer Security'. SPAM filters are likely detecting this.

Contact the freelancer you used to correct this.

Hi Sticker,
If you are looking to send from blast softwares then email blast windows software is the best and it gives you nice inbox rate.
The issue with the interspire and oempro is that they take some sort of text with them in the email which is suspecious for large ISPs like gmail / yahoo and hotmail You should use desktop mailer if you want higher rates. The other option could be to use Interspire mods which includes text spin and url rotator that will give you excellent results

Just send same emails from interspire and outlook and then from gmail compare email sources
You will see the differences and then you can search what to change in interspire config

BT interspire is the best option in online tools for email marleting

ok, that means your ip was not used for sending alot of emails. So you may need to send some good emails to nice lists in order to be able to get good sender score. The better sender score means good inbox rate

The biggest problem you are running into, is your IP reputation. Not that is blacklist or anything like it.
You need to spend quite a bit of time to get your IP trusted by all the spam watchers out there. IT won't happen over night, and most likely will takes months to gain the "Trust" from the spam watchers.

Take the time and go to each of the IP White listers out there. Add you Ip to their list, put the appropriate code into your mail server, so that it calls back to the white lister to show them you are sending legit mail.

What you are running into has nothing to do with the program you are using. I have used Interspire for about 6 years, and have no problems with deliver-ability. But it has taken months and months of hard work to make sure, my server was playing nice with the other servers and I am not hammering their servers.

I know you want to send all 500K emails right now, but do it slow and steady. The more bounce backs you get, the worse your reputation will be. Keep your sends to no more then 10K per day, slow and steady. Clean the list of bounce backs and spam traps. You will get blacklisted, then take the time to get yourself un-blacklisted. You will have to contact all the major players to get your IP whitelisted, some do that night away others take weeks.

Take it slow and easy, it is the only way to get your mail delivered.

First need to configure your outlook to use the same SMTP as your Interspire, after that try to use as close as possible message to be sent by interspire open the source of the messages to see the diferences, if after playing with all that no improvements you have to do the same as I drop the interspire.

Just replying may be i am late to do it. But its most likely the headers inside the iem and pmta being offended by those tlds, try using maborak addons and it should work.
