My Schedule Button is not working?

Hello,

I have recently bought a page.. and my Schedule button it is not working?
When I click the "time watch" icon, nothing happesn..?
Any ideas why?

And can you, please tell me how can I fix the button, or what APP, I could use to post Photos to my page?

Yes.. but Postcron is paid.. I was looking for something free, because I don't like apps.. And I don't wish to pay..
Do you know how to publish photos with Hootsuite ?
Or some other app ?
