Always A F#*!ing problem with PayPal

Is it just me or does everyone else always have a f#*!ing problem with PayPal...

Today I was going to send a transaction to my prepaid card (PayPal) and it said there was a problem and please contact them.

Contacted them and figured out the problem while waiting on hold so I decided to fix it (bank account detached from account).

Everything is good and was going to use prepaid card bank account and went to the instant verify step.

They said they would make a call to my home phone, that is fine.

Next page says they can't verify the phone number when its my home phone line and they didn't call.

Now I must wait 2-3 days to receive money transaction sent from them to my card to verify.

PayPal is F'n my day up today...

The only reason for the use of PayPal is that its universal for many people and easy to use.

Not everyone wants to enter a CC number or doesn't have a CC to use.

75% of my biz only have a PayPal that has a bank account or no CC so that is the reason I deal with the headaches.

Totally agree, PayPal sucks. Unfortunately, it's a double edged sword - you either love them or hate them and they are dominant.

I set up an account with skrill (moneybookers) several days ago and cannot upload funds into my account... anyone that has an account know how long it takes before it allows you to upload funds? I already emailed them and all they said is that it is normal for all skrill accounts to have a waiting time before uploading funds, but did not give an estimate on the length of time

I feel your pain bro... Sometimes its a big mess for paypal but IMO: its friendly though if you only link your bank account to it.

I once have a problem with paypal i called them but ended up arguing with the girl because she was. so rude and talking to me like she was a cop i just wanted to cancel a transaction


She asked manager to come talk to me I told the manager paypal has the worst customer service ever and hung up

PayPal is essentially unpredictable in nature. I never recommend keeping large sums of money in your account.
However so many people want to use PayPal because of its dispute system that leans heavily in the customers favor.

So after sitting on hold for 45 minutes I talked to a representative and they said I could use their Prepaid PayPal Master Card to verify my bank account.

Simple enough since they send them out to anyone wanting one... I already have 2 and more to come I am sure of.

Anyways now I wait for PayPal to send 2 deposits to my card so I can confirm. The transaction has been made just waiting for it to appear on my end.

So far 1 day broke with no cash to live on... blows for sure! Lets see how long this will last.

Call it the skeptic in me, but the fact that post #2 is advertising a paypal alternative and was made only 3 minutes after post #1 seems to put the whole legitimacy of this thread into question.

I too have had issues with paypal before but cant do without it, go to bow for them.
