Thanks I managed to get it working now, is there anyway I can import the old campaigns from the old installed GSA over to the new one on my VPS, because I can see they have not appeared.

This is kind of 'My Success Story Using GSA SER'

I allready have alot of target sites to post to and I use PR filter just to filter the massive global list that gsa saved during 11 months non-stop posting. This is how my campains would look :

Proxys :

20-40 private proxy's

Captcha :

I only use Captcha Breaker to submit links with GSA SER. No third party captcha service active. So all the successfully live links that i screenshotted are created with Captcha Breaker only. Captcha breaker is by far the leading captcha software tool on the market with the highest success rate also! I absolutely <3 Gsa SER and CB.

Indexing :

For indexing i use Indexification service and also ping the backlinks with the Options > Indexing > Submit backlink URL's to blog search engines. I usualy build 3 tiers (depends on the keyword competitin). But i mainly use tiers to bring seo value and index the previous backlinks.

Safe seo method :
This is my 'safe' method that i use for my clients websites. I only use this method if i want to play as safely as i can get as they are important long term websites.
Tier 1 :
Filter
Checked - PR 3+(on domain level)
Checked - avoid posting to same url twice
Checked - skip sites with more than 100 OBL
Checked - skip unknown PR
Checked - put url to places where it can clearely seen as SPAM (you will want this option checked in order to get long articles posted on mediawiki websites)
I also use 86 adult/casino keywords to skip sites with the following word in domain/url.(see resources)

Platforms - Article (all platforms, even mediawiki checked even though they are nofollow they bring alot of seo juice as i have around 5000 mediawikis), Forum, Microblog, Social Bookmark, Social Network, Web 2.0.
This are my tier 1 links, i mostly get incontent d0follow links from this platforms with the following success (bare in mind this are PR3+ different domains):

Tier 2 :
Filter
Checked - PR1+(on domain level)
Checked - avoid posting to same url twice
Checked - skip unknown PR
Checked - put url to places where it can clearely seen as SPAM
I also use 86 adult/casino keywords to skip sites with the following word in domain/url.
After tier 1 is done posting i want to strenghten them with PR1+ sites.
I use all forums platforms because they bring alot strong backlinks that will stick in time, mostly are d0follow and i want more diversity even though they are not incontent.

Youtube Campains :
Filter - keep it as unfiltered as you can
Checked - Put url to places where it can clrearely seen as SPAM
Checked - Avoid posting url to same domain twice
For youtube promotion i just spamblast them ending with around 30k+ live backlinks :

My harvesting for new target urls to post to is concentrated on incontent platform backlinks. I decline to scrape blog comments, guestbooks, trackbacks or so.

I have been successfully ranked about any competitive level keyword over the past 11 months with GSA SER alone.

Hey

So the CPU usage in the software was reading 99% but when you manually checked via monitor resources it was much lower. I'll have to talk to Sven and see what can throw off the numbers.

That system resource monitor was completely removed. It seemed to cause more issues then it helped.

You said dead proxies are all green? Which search engine are you checking them against? Its Bing by default but you might be scraping from Google so some might be blocked.

You can watch the logs and usually see why your LPM is slow.

I checked against google as well all my private proxies are all green against google and bing. On the system resource thing Yeah showed in program 99% cpu and in resource meter of windows it showed gsa only using 20% at most. I am using 50 threads post to pr1 and above. I have noticed something though that when it says submitting sometimes my threads are 0 and its not doing anything. Ive tried everything i can think of from adding more keywords to using more threads and so on if you can shoot me an email addy to send screen shots to I can provide those. Thanks.

Maybe try lowering the time between search engine queries if you haven't already.

My LPM is still pretty low but, it is getting a lot better on its own and also the resource meter is a lot more accurate I didn't do anything any different it has just started getting better on its own resources are reading in program about 28% cpu on 100 threads and between 10-15 with 50. LPM is about 4.50 now hopefully it will go on up but its blazing compared to .05 I will let you know if everything goes silly again but hopefully it was just a temp thing.

There are two windows open for GSA seo indexer. The indexer and Multiple urls. When i want to manually start the indexer, it means i uncheck the option in SER for sending verified links automatically? And then add the lists from SER manually to the Multiple URLs window? Thanks

I second this it is a great tool and the support is top notch! The support alone is worth the price you pay for the tool. Upgrades almost every day and sometimes 2-3 times a day to fix any issues and add new goodies.

Sure if that's the way you want to do it, you can do it that way but I don't see the point. Might as well let GSA SER automatically send the URLS.

From what I've heard users say, Berman hosting seems to be a decent VPS with a cheap price.

It sounds like you don't know how to use the software or how it works. The software scrapes new platforms from the search engines. For some platforms its based off the keywords the user inputs. SER doesn't use a fixed database to pull sites from. If it did, then everyone would be hitting the same targets. You've actually got everything backwards.

You can also import your own list by right clicking on your project > import target URL's.

When I select the article module I get many profile pages. Is that what this module is intended to do or is it also supposed to post on article sites? If so which ones should I select to only post on article sites and not receiving any profile backlinks?
