Hey guys,
I already asked this at another forum.

I'm new here! I have a question related to Proxy. If I want to use a proxy from U.S that I bought, for i.e to be used at a cyber cafe in China, how can I do that? How do I configure the computer?

Sorry if that's a stupid question, but I know nothing about proxies!

If you only need it for browsing there is alot of plugins for firefox (there should be for chrome aswell), I use Buy Proxies plugin.

It depends on the web browser that you're using, but basically you configure your browser to use the proxy you've been given. If you need to use a username/password to access the proxy, you don't need to enter anything in to the settings. When you first use the proxy it will prompt you for your credentials.

Assuming the Internet Cafe is using Internet Explorer on their PC's, then this page will provide you with a detailed howto guide.

In this case i recommend using a VPN, also the configuration depends on what internet connections are on the computer that has to be a server, how many UpLink Ports etc ...
The VPN connection can be easily shared to the lan, and again the configuration depends on the intranet of the cyber cafe ...
