Would you recomend this for a website thats been hit with a penatly?

If your site is penalized for a link based penalty I believe this package will be a step in the right direction due to the variation in anchor text and platforms, however we do not market this as a "penalty recovery" service of any sort.

Again it is probably a step in the right direction and we have had people come out of penalties before, but individual results will vary, and we do not guarantee it.
