It seems that Video Scraper is not working again,perhaps another change on youtube.
Can you please solve this in a timely manner,it's one of my vital tools.

yes its back working again - I assume it was a server - because nothing worked - just sat there doing nothing.
Like I said I bought Lifetime for this - but I had to buy another one as well - because those days you need your work done and this is down - frankly sucks.
I must say though compared to 6 months ago it is up alot more now - but like I said - the days you really want to work and can't it sucks --> action taken bght new spinner.

All softwares have problems, bugs etc. The difference with us is that we don't try to hide away and ignore them. If there is an issue we don't try to defend ourselves, we keep the communication going and try our best to solve it.
Suggest you try SC for yourself. There is a free version or you can try SC2 for 3 days for $7. We would be happy to receive your review of your experience here on this thread.
That is very unfortunate Danny. Unfortunately nothing is perfect in this world. We were suddenly hit with a crazy domain resolving issue which took us a couple of days to resolve. Shit like this happens all the time - even to big companies. The main point is that we work hard to resolve the issues. I know that wasn't good enough for you but we really couldn't have done any more on this occasion. Maybe one day you will find that your new spinner has issues too, and you will have to revert back to SC to bail you out.

Regarding the "forever" part:
Are you going to 'support' this version with "free updates forever" or only until a new version comes out meaning we either upgrade to new version or the 'free updates forever' STOP?
ALSO, on the full version "one time" cost - same question as above. Is the "one time" only until a new version comes out?

Free updates for the program will not stop. However, "free updates" does not mean "free upgrades". If a new version number is released, we reserve the right to apply whatever charges we deem appropriate, just like most commercially available softwares. Having said that, we have taken the decision to allow SC2 licence holders to upgrade to SC3 free of charge when it is released.
Potentially yes, if we choose to charge a fee to upgrade to new versions. Again this is in line with most other softwares. However, unlike many other softwares, if you choose not to upgrade, your current software will still be supported with updates as and when required.
