After domain tools he should have checked the site on archive to see if its been used on a link network or an autoblog. 3 drops clearly states a big warning. But yeah nice tutorial - but im using more advance method than he is and more faster and semi automated.

I am not using this ..

Not in all cases , as the domains you will find by this method will have good backlinks and authority
So chances will be less to loose PR
If you get a domain with this trick ,
then develop it and add some content which was on it in past ,
to check its ast content , check it bt web archeive

Yes i will add another method to find domains with the help of scrapebox

Thanks for the advice but don't worry I'm checking the links. I was just talking with some other guys that do a lot of expired domains like me and they also have the same problem with page rank not re-appearing.
Before when I bought like 20 domains, about 30 to 40 % regain their PR immediately (in less than a week) but since some weeks I have 0% ...
I hope it will regain their PR at the june PR update
