the link made the worthy reading,, but the newbie to guest blogging must be slow and cautious. they should not mess up at any instant.

Yes, and if you become premium user you can upload articles to the gallery and then other will send applications for your content so you can choose the best sites.
Also it's easier to track and monitor your guest posts

1. I tried but I don't remember exactly why I didn't use it, probably it was worthless
2. Some time before I won some guest blogging price on Blogengage, I won RSS submission subscription but it was also worhtless
Then I was spammed by their site by different offers, etc so I stopped visiting it.
Anyway it sucks comparing to MyBlogGuest

Apart from myBlogGuest and BlogEngage, I would recommend you use PostJoint. All these tools will help you a great deal in solving your problem of managing guest bloggers. Experiment a little and find out what works best for you.
