This method will always work. You can even twist it to your own liking. I've read on other ebooks that they put a phone number on the website bolded and big so the visitor will call. The phone number is a special number in which the site creator (you) keeps a count on how many calls are placed. The Dentist owner (or whatever niche) then is charged per call that gets made from your website.

Easy way to sell this to the Dentistry is this: No calls from the site, no need to pay. What do they have to lose? Nothing at all. The calls will come though, because this is super targeted. Guaranteed method at closing your first Niche Business Owner.

Build a sales force for larger metro areas. Pay an initial commission and a recurring commission. Maybe 20% initial and 5% recurring for as long as they remain employed. Maybe set sales quotas to qualify for the recurring bonuses and require monthly customer service calls to demonstrate support. Show them how many sales it would take to make a relatively passive income of $4K/mo. That should get em excited.

When I sold advertising the standard was 15%, even on the recurring. Most the internet/SSM reps I know make 10% recurring even without any follow up required on their part.

This method works.
How do I know? I have actually paid for a service like this before. Insurance agency and we bought every lead we could get. Think like this:

We had 12 sales people on staff. We needed them to be out closing sales. We could rely on them or feed them leads and count on sales. I was already 12 people times a base salary (28k) into it so paying the 400 a month in the example would have been nothing.

I will also add this. I have an extensive sales background and do Local marketing with a different spin on it. If you rank a domain and get me the information I will create the proposal and contact everyone in that niche to close the sale. I have worked out a 50/50 split with others on items like this. You will have to keep the site at number one page in order to keep collecting. If you fail here then there is nothing I can do.

Otherwise. Yes this worked then, works now, and works even more now. More people rely and have mobile devices so they google local even more. They also use apps - which is another way to have your local search site show up.

No it does not mean that the method doesnt work. It simply means that nobody is actively sharing the documents or communicating. As for the documents, There were supposed to be documents in the FB group. They were not there when I joined, but that was 2 years after the thread (and probably the FB page) was opened. I'm not even sure what these documents contain, just that there were supposed to be documents.

IMO, there is no need for documents. The thread provides everything you need to make it work.. GL and looking forward to see your results

I'm new to the forum and wanted to say "What a great thread this is" although I'm only to post #600. Thank you "The Dark One" for sharing and all others that have contributed. I came up with something close to this idea nine months ago and I found the thread/forum searching to see if anyone else is doing it.

A little background on myself - I am very Good at sales and have built two successful service businesses over the last ten years, in the beginning mostly face to face sales. Two years ago I started doing my own SEO after paying local dip sticks for no results. Running the other businesses I didn't have much more time than the winter to work on my websites. But after learning some of the basics (link building, keyword rich content, etc...) I succeeded in taking my sites to the #1 spot.

Shortly after that I ran into another business owner in same industry. Dude's a tech genius imo. He lives in a very SEO competitive area for our industry. Back in October he rebranded his company and built a website. It took him 3 months to gain the #1 position in an area I thought would be impossible.

Mixing my sales and his SEO ability I came up with the idea to partner with him last month. We have 14 sites I started on my own 9 months ago, and just added 20 more last month. Once he started his magic more than half my 14 original sites are on page one for several keywords. I have 4 customers signed up at $300 a month for different niches and tbh haven't even started yet. The sites after Partners help weren't first page yet and so I haven't gone into sales mode yet. Plan on starting soon as we get the call tracking figured out.

Sorry for boring you with my story, but I wanted to share the success I've had signing customers up with minimal effort so far - for all the nay-sayers I've seen in the thread... This really works and I'll update when we reach 50 customers...

Respected friend i know it was two years ago, but do you think any one will leave his successful venture ? ? ? No one will try to make efforts to increase in the same way more and more. By the way i messaged this person personally still got no reply. I also want to know if he failed at a later stage (as we can see his domain is PARKED now) then why? Because it is hard for me to believe that any person will just kick a project for a next one when he is earning too good from that existing project.
I do not want to pinpoint him. I am just curious what happened at the later stage that it all finished.Being logical i cnanot accept that he just left this project only for some othe rbig project.

I do not think my message has any negativity. It is simple human behavior that if he hears of a successful project he will try to find more, but when he lands on that spot (in this case a website) he finds nothing so he will ask questions that what happened of this project? Why he is not finding that successful venture on the spot? Especially after the Google updates things have changed so one will be more curious. If you find this negativity then i suggest you must replace it with sensibility .

As far you mentioned i should take my negativity some where else, if you are finding this as negative why dont you leave the discussion ? After all this is a public forum where every one can discuss matters, so if one individual comes up with issue of negativity, it is he who should leave not the other one.

There are companies buying adwords then selling the leads to interested companies, they charge as much as $50 per lead , so this idea as old as it is still can work.

I asked this because i hope you have heard of a little animal known as Google Panda so i was just wondering the Google updates might have hurt or restricted this technique in some way or the other. I Didnt asked for the proves. More over the technique looked great to me but once i saw nothing on the domain, i felt weird and i think this is not a sin i did for which i should be answerable to you or any other members. We are here to discuss and i have the right to ask question which comes in my mind. If you people have any problem with my question why dont you just sign off?

And as far the guts to put in $ 50 at stake is concerned, i have started working on this technique .

If you are already started working on this technique, why dont you just do it, and post your results here? This is an old thread, hardly any activity here, and to have these negative/skeptical posts at the end, does not encourage new people to try this method, while this IMO is one of the easiest, and most accessible strategies, especially for new people.

I dont see the point in arguing any further, looking forward to hearing your results.

Surely i will update. with in next 2 weeks i will get the domains (they are 2) plus at the moment i am developing the strategy on how to optimize it. The process might be slow because i already have a JOB plus MBA plus some freelance work so you will have to wait a little

Little updates. The actual domain i was looking for is gone. the other one is still there. Posting an example for mates.

For example let us suppose Canada sells great sunflowers to Pakistan then i was looking for canadasunflowersinpakistan, it has gone the other most commonly used keyword left is canadasunflowerpricesinpakstan and the domain is still available so i will be going for it in a week.
