Proxy Multiply - can I use it without google search for more Proxies ?

Hey,
I just read through this thread.....good stuff. Thanks to all of you. I am new to the proxy scene. I have a couple of questions which may be a little lame. Hope not, here goes.
I just bought proxy demon. I got it b/c it says it will get me elite or private proxies. This is what I need for my purposes. Complete anonymity. I need to post on CL and we all know this is very difficult these days. I had bought some proxies in the past now I have decided I want to get fresh new elite proxies.
Ok, so I got PD going and it scraped 45k proxies, checked them and found about 1300 live, under type all 1300 were unknown by the software. So I can't use b/c how do I need which are safe.
Can someone tell me how to get this software to give me the elite proxies or point me in the right direction on how to resolve. I have been scraping since last night and each time it won't export any b/c I have asked for the elite ones.
Ok, it is 3am I am rambling please help me figure out this problem. I got a CL poster I hope it will do the job once I finish the proxy issue.

again i will say for my 5th yr on bhw
there are never any more than around 5k working
like public proxies at any given time of the day on average
so testing anything over 10k is a waste of testing .

I'm not familiar with Proxy Demon but it sounds like Proxy Goblin and Proxy Multiply which only scrape public proxies and tests them.
Private proxies are proxies that are not public and not on any lists that can be scraped. For the most part private proxies have security either to an IP or set of credentials or both. Those won't be on public lists.
If your software can't tell you what type of proxies you've scraped after it's tested them then you need a refund. Scraping proxies and testing them without verifying the anonymity is worthless.
Nobody would recommend you try to find L1 public proxies for CL, no offense but that's insane. If you're damn lucky after testing hundreds of thousands of public proxies you might find one or two (maybe) that will work with CL. You're wasting your time traveling down this path for CL proxies. You need at the very least L1 private proxies from a paid proxy provider. Most successful people doing CL posting are using rDSL connections for $400-$500 a month.
I'm fairly certain CL is still ghosting if your connection isn't close to your CL listing so even if you find an L1 proxy that has good bandwidth available, what are the odds it will be near the CL location you want to list in?
