Not ranked?

So I uploaded video 3days ago, added 70k retention views from @BigBuddy, amazing service, the analytics shows 100% audience retention!, vid is 2mins long and still I am not ranked for my keyword when the competition is realy low.
I added the tags few hours ago, maybe I need to wait the tags to be indexed?

It'll take you a few weeks for you to achieve rankings and have them become more consistent and stick

Its not just simply about the views. Do you have also likes and comments as well? Since those are important too as they help in making everything look legit.

70k views and 2-3 likes with no comments doesn't really looks real even to the algorithms.

Views are not enought nowadays, you need to start creating backlinks.

If you backlink your video correctly, is going to rank high on Google, hence, you're going to start getting lots of views, hence, start to rank high on youtube as well. The process goes like this:

Upload video ---> Add backlinks ---> Rank on Google/Bing ---> Get Views ---> Rank on Youtube

Getting all 100% retention is just stupid. YouTube know this. When 70k people click onto a video, naturally some will click away. Others will rewind and watch more (>100%). Some will watch 60%, some 70% and so on.. You're better off getting your retention HIGH, but still believable. With all your views at 100% you might as well tattoo "I buy views" on your forehead and send your picture to YouTube

same for me, i've uploaded a video 4 days ago, 37k views on 96% retention, 600 likes and 60 comments and still not ranked in youtube. Is something wrong in mobile views with high retention?

Something must have happened to Youtube.I have uploaded 5 videos and boosted them with views (both high retention and normal retention)likes,subscribers,favorites, it has been 1 week already and my videos are still invisible in the ranks.Checked like 10 pages but my video was nowhere to be found.This probably happened because of the mobile views, if it were a bug it would have been fixed by now, do not expect your videos to show up anytime soon...I hope I am wrong though.
