Is making a Instagram bot hard?

All I need is a bot that likes. I don't want none of the commenting/following features. (and I don't have any experience with making programs). Does such a bot require skill? I'm a noob.

Why not use some of the bots already on the market? They do the job well, especially with something as simple as just liking people. Some of those bots have been mentioned on BHW. Look around, you might find some that will save you on time.

I have, and it seems all the bots available are outdated or down. Can you list a few bots that I can get here or on PM for me? I can't PM because I need atleast 15 posts/

I'd say try going to elance or finding another freelance to have you develop something. It would take some time and money.
