Yeah it's not working since yesterday.
This would be a good time to add own email account features, hotmail or yahoo perhaps.

We have been working on the email issue before the server even went down.
Unfortunately this issue is beyond our control and we'll need to wait for our host to get back to us.

No, sorry. We have more than 1k+ customers already.
We'll be adding Hotmails but you'll need to create the accounts manually.
You should get 600+ successful submissions per campaign (this is very high already compared to other SB software), if you want a higher success rate please maintain your own private list that isn't used by all 1k+ of SB Bomber users including service providers on BHW.

Same goes here. Use SB Bomber for lots of campaing. Will anxiously waiting for the issue to be fixed.

We're just waiting for our webhost to reply to our ticket, I can't say for sure but should be fixed in 1-2 working days.

I'm not able to create a new campaign, when I have added the spun content and URL, I try to save it but it keeps loading and crashes.

Its been 4-5 days now and you are still saying 1-2 working days.
You should make a clear statement and give proper time frame.
I know this email server issue is hard to solve but your buyers must know whats going on, so they can use an alternate software for few days .

Hi,
I hate arguing with customers but it simply hasn't. Working days does not include Saturday and Sunday. I anticipated that it will be fixed on Tuesday. (GMT+8) and I was wrong. What's unclear about the statement I made? I told the customers what's wrong and give an ETA (the E stands for Estimated, not Confirmed)
Please understand that this issue is beyond our control. It will be fixed when it gets fixed.
New ETA for a fix: 2 more working days.
We're waiting on a reply from our webhosting provider.

Hi Clyde
Just to let you know quickly. this is not for creating emails. This is to actually post a campaign with an existing email. Should it not be working still based on that or?
I'm fine to wait until it's fixed of course, but I don't think it's about the same problem. As mentioned I'm just trying to start a new campaign up that's all, I'm not trying to create new accounts/emails or anything like that.

We're already hosted with the best (the same host is hosting blackhatworld.com) and changing a host would take even more time.
The problem is actually with the software that the hosting is using (Plesk - Parallels) and they're working hard trying to solve the issue. They're unable to issue an official ETA.
We'll be adding a manual email option for people to add email manually sometime tonight/tomorrow.
Will do, but there isn't anything to activate. Your license is activated automatically after purchase.

Your campaign should work fine, did you activate Console under Settings to find out why your submissions failed for each site?

Clyde, again, I don't think you are getting me, I have not made a submission. As mentioned, I'm not able to save the campaign <<<- in order to actually start it. The save button gets frozen and just loads look ->>
I have reinstalled the Sb and then installed it again, I have re started my computer many times.
Nothing is working what so ever, I need to get it working for my clients SEO projects.
