I originally purchased (5) 4000 MS points codes from this guy... 2 were bad right off the bat and he refunded me for them and the remaining 3 were good. I sold the 3 good ones on ebay. Before I shipped out the codes to the customers , I tested them once again to make sure they were good...and low & behold...the remaining 3 were redeemed. I sent him a message on Skype and no reply.. I had to go ahead and refund my 3 ebay customers and it made me look real bad.. I'm beyond pissed off right now and I have yet to hear back from Nagad on this situation.

If I put these on eBay. What will stop the buyer from purchasing it, entering the code, getting it, and then saying that it does not work to get his money back.

If he says it does not work, simply require a screenshot from him, showing the code you gave him and the error message. If he cannot provide that, he is a scammer.
And even if he can provide that, you are not obliged to refund him. If he files a complaint with paypal, they will put your money on hold for some time, but in the end you will get it back. Simply because neither eBay nor paypal offer buyers protection for virtual items.

So you mean, after you redeemed it he will redeem it a second time to get an error and send you this screenshot? Ok he shall send a screenshot showing his account, then you will see your redeemed code.
Further, how could you test it before sending it? If you redeem it, then it also has already been redeemed on your own account, so you cannot send it to him any longer?!
