Me and my friends came up with a nice idea, that is unique in all aspects at the moment. And we are looking for a web development team to create it for us.

But we do not want the web dev. Team to decide they will make it on their own, and use it for their benifit, or sell the script afterward. So what kind of contract will I need to protect the idea? And were can I get it?

NDAs are pretty much useless across country borders..just go with a trusted team of developers and you should have no problem

As Steb said...use a US coder.
Use a lawyer if you are really serious...if not, google NDA examples and you should find some examples.

Whoever you use, pay them what they are worth, or more. If you under pay them, they are more likely to rip you off. If you have them sign an NDA, treat them with respect, and pay them well for the work they do...they are more likely to stick to the deal in hopes of maintaining a good working relationship, and getting more work from you. So it helps if they believe that you have alot more potential work coming in the near future as well.
That's just my opinion.

I am attaching a copy of a NDA that we have used in the past, it is fairly long but it will give you an idea and you can modify it to suit your needs.

Also if you use one of the freelance sites coders agree not disclose information and transfer the copyright of all work created
