<<<$$$ 6 Figures A Year: Break It Down - Easier Than You Think $$$>>>

Just got back from lunch and I wanted to share an experience.

Went with a Realtor friend of mine who does well. He drove his new R8. Ridiculous car. Anyway, 2 complete assholes started running their mouth in the parking lot as we were walking up to the place.

They started shouting "must be nice to be born with money" and "must be nice to be a trust fund baby"

LOL - and if anyone knew my friends story it is not the case at all. He actually dropped out of College at 19 because his family couldn't afford it and he didn't want to go into debt. At first he was going to work for a year and save money to pay for it that way...but he was soon introduced to real estate and has built an empire. The rest is history.

He turned to me, laughing and said, "If only they knew how simple it was to make at least 6 figures a year by just applying yourself" - and we agreed and then proceeded to eat lunch.

During lunch he broke down how easily a real estate agent in our market could make AT LEAST $100k a year...and it was very simple.

So, I decided to break it down in IM terms...grabbed a napkin and pen while I was eating and this is what I found:

To make $100,000 a year you need to make $275 every day. Doesn't seem too hard, does it?

So, I took out my phone and went to offervault and picked 3 random offers...

#1: DIET PILL - Pays $45 per conversion - - - - 6 of these a day....and you make $100,000 a year.

#2: Credit Report - Pays $25 per conversion - - - - 11 of these a day....and you make $100,000 a year.

#3: Dating Email Submit - Pays $4 per conversion - - - - 69 of these a day....and you make $100,000 a year.

Now of course you need to scale up - and find out what works for YOU - but the point is to break it down and set daily goals. When you reverse engineer everything and know EXACTLY what you want to accomplish it becomes clear as to what you need to do!

So, please: no more "I want to make $10 a day" threads. They should all be AT LEAST $275 a day ;)

Put your mind to it and develop a plan - then see it through!

This isn't rocket science - but I just wanted to share this - just goes to show you that ANYTHING is possible with a plan!

Thanks for the post NetMoney.
Posts like these are the reason why I'm on BHW :D
Rep added.

Netmoney1 -- I just read your post about things your dad taught you. My boy is about to turn 2, and I am printing these off to remind me of some things to impart on him before I leave this earth. My dad wasn't there like that, but learning to be the opposite is what makes me want to give my lil guy everything I can.

Then, I come upon this post.. I never read the names of who started I just read the info, and after I may look at how many post they have. It wasn't until I tried to give +rep that I noticed -- spread reputation before dropping anymore on netmoney1 (something like that lol).

Both are very inspiring and chock full of info, while it may not be a 'method' or 'do this and make money' post, both have put things in perspective. ----- Welcome to my long list of subscribed post -----

Appreciate it man...

Awesome, thanks for sharing. Sounds like your son will grow up with a great dad!

O and to the person talking about how horrible 100k/year is.. There are plenty -- if not the majority -- of AMERICANS, that make below 30k a year BEFORE taxes. I work in IT and barely scrape past 30k (albeit I lack the experience to demand more). 58k after taxes and rent -- which happen to be the biggest expenses for most people -- should be a nice chunk of change for an intelligent person to survive on. And if not, then you were already making more than that (hopefully) and should not be looking down on where anyone else is in life currently.

Also, I believe the Wal-Mart around here starts employees at around $8~ and most other jobs (entry-level) are worst than that.....

God damn advertisers shave/scrub/blacklist/expire. Not always long-term business.

This isn't just for CPA - apply this thinking to any segment...

Web designer?

How many new projects do you need to do per month?
How many businesses will oyu need to contact per day to reach the goal?

SEO?

How many clients do you need to have on the books to make $x?

Regardless of what you do....have a plan....break it down....then make it happen.

I want to add another point to this thread. Do Not Be Afraid To Lose Money. Too many people are afraid to lose cash so they don't try new ideas or things that could potentially make then hundreds of dollars per dollar spent in the future. There is a famous saying "Scared money don't make money". Don't be afraid to lose some cash. That's middle class mentality that keeps people from moving forward. Money is a tool, better to use it for trying to create more money than spending it on stuff that doesn't have the potential to make money like cars and tvs.

Thanks OP.+repped.

Thanks!

1000000% true! Great point!!!! ....know where I learned one of my most valuable lessons??? From a business that I put 2 years of blood, sweat and money into....lost my ass $$$ wise on the deal...BUT what I gained "business wise" form it was priceless!

There are just soo many ways to make money to get started online. I believe that fear of the unknown and fear of being different causes people to fail. Those that do make money are blighted by their inability to reinvest and scale that method up. You could actually BLOG and make the start up capital. Most people go "Adsense" but there are many networks that pay for a good article.

You can even post articles you have paid someone else to write and make a markup profit on it. I'm sorry, but when it comes to "IM" everyone is sitting on the same mindset and same boat. Then people slowly break out and go make money in different channels. The OP merely has shown 1 aspect of making money online when there is literally thousands of no cost or low cost starts to make a nice investment return. Then use your return to invest in even more money making methods.

....and if you can't find one....make one up....seriously, with BILLIONS of users online every single day there is a way to make money in any industry. Use your hobbies and or personal interests and create something...when you are doing something that involves personal interest and or experience it is much harder to fail...

Cool story bro! Truly motivating ...

So, all you need to do is get 60 diet pill leads and you make 1 million a year!

If you think about it, there are millions of people who are buying this stuff :)

There you go! When you really break it down it doesn't seem so crazy huh ;)

Depends on where you live. Where I live, 30K is a starvation wage -- you literally cannot physically live and eat on that even as a single person without government assistance. All the big cities in developed countries are that way.

Netmoney, are you hitting 6 figures just by promoting CPA offers?

If so, are you doing PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Media Buys, etc?

The hardest thing for me right now is focusing on one method and following it through...I swear I been going in circles through all these method.

Point me in the right direction and I believe that's the final push I need to see it through!

TIA

I love threads like this!

Actually this is exactly how I have always looked at/broken down IM dreams. The whole $274 a day everyday = 100k , and it's once you do this type of stuff u realize how reasonable it is to accomplish these dreams that most people think are basically unattainable.

I have a few offline businesses and I'm a partner of a marketing company - I just used CPA as an example of how to break it down - pick what you enjoy the most and just build from there.

Nice. When you see the numbers it makes it easier to plan

Also, do not let anyone tell you that a certain niche is saturated. Clearly if a niche is saturated it is most likely a great one. Just use your head and do it better than others and you will bank hard.
