I build thousands of Tier 1 garbage links with GSA per day and rank keywords you could only dream of. Don't spread the propaganda. And saying to not build links to un-indexed Tier 1 is total and utter garbage... note for people in this thread... don't listen to this guy... he's just wasting his own time with bullshit that's unnecessary.

Sorry to troll, but GSA is without a doubt my favorite program online, I have 4 licenses, I know it like the back of my hand. It does not take that much effort to rank a site...

Just to toss in my 2 cents. Stop asking questions and spend the cheapest $100 ever and buy this software. Buy some private proxies, their captcha software, read the forum at GSA, learn the software, and make some freaking money.

There is nothing wrong with this software... when it hangs, it's because you're processor is doing it's job! Walk away and drink a beer or 20.

I'm running 150Lpm on 50 private proxies for days on end generating 15k+ new links per day. Look up my user on GSA forum for more hints.

Don't ever, ever, ever build tier 2 links to un-indexed links. Here's what you do. Get your Tier 1 indexed then move them to a new campaign to push juice to links that are index. The only links you should worry about are Tier 1 links that index to your money site. Never build crap links to crap links. Only build quality to quality AFTER the Tier 1 has indexed.

I have a question... I custom modded my GSA Drupal engine, but now every time I update GSA it resets it to the default.

Is there a way to tell GSA to NOT update a particular engine? My modded engine gets a lot more verified links than the default, but sometimes I forget to re-mod it after updating.

Sure. All you need to do is rename it. You can call it Drupal 2 or whatever you want.

I think that's more dependent on platform. For guestbooks, image comments & blog comments you could probably turn that on because most likely if the link is there right away, it won't be there later. Unless of course its a moderated blog and the webmaster approves it sometime down the road but who knows when that might be.

For other platforms that require email registration you might want to leave it on longer just in case emails are delayed for account approval.

Some other users might have some better advice here but that's how I kinda see things.

Have you stopped your projects before unchecking them? I would stop the project and make sure all PR options are unchecked. If you're using tiers then make sure and check your 2nd and 3rd tiers because sometimes they are hidden and its easy to miss them.

I have run all of my projects with them unchecked from the beginning. Additionally I have restarted the program several times since I made any changes in the options. I have also tried taking random links from the last verified URLs window, or the show verified urls from a project, and opened up the settings dialog for the project tied to them, and the PR options are indeed unchecked, even though I have a pr value for the link.

Are there any instructions on how to setup multiple article folders and how to structure the articles the correct way. I have 4 articles that I want to rotate through that are already spun. I know that they need to be in the same "folder" but what I don't know is how to structure the actual txt files.

Also, is there an affiliate program for GSA? I can't seem to find one anywhere.

put them in a folder of your choice somewhere on your machine and right click the article field in your project option.
click "use content of a random file" and select the article folder.

then hit the test button a few times to see if everything is working as expected.

Yes. The platforms are just .ini scripts. Users technically can create and modify the scripts but it does take some knowledge and there isn't a whole let of documentation for it. When the platform trainer comes out, users will be able to modify the scripts a lot easier. For now, you can see the .pdf file in the help menu to learn a little bit more about the scripting language.

What are you using for captcha solving. Some users have noticed that they get a better success rate when using decaptcher with the web 2.0's. The web 2.0's do need some work but hopefully that will be no issue soon when the other service comes out.

Clipbucket should be embedding your videos but if they aren't there it might be something on the website end and not on the softwares end.
