Bing Ads are Crap!

I've been running bing ads for a while now, and lately all they send is crap traffic. Most of the traffic are from outside the usa and doesn't convert at all. Is anybody having this problem ?

Look in your settings and make sure you send traffic only to the locations you want...also turn off all devices and select only the devices you want

I am running 24 conversions on a US only product on Bing so far this month - so so.

i just told bing to cancel my account. it's such a clusterfuck, every single ad i put up was always 'pending review' and it never changed. even after i contacted support on chat repeatedly.
I got 1 ad to run in 2 weeks total. i told them to get their crap together

Totally agree. It takes them no less than 4 days to approve an ad, even then it's always 1/10 quality score. For example a "green coffee" website is not relevant to "green coffee bean". Then because the lander used a geo location script, just a bunch of shit with bing. Same exact ad I got to fly with adwords, but for some reason I can't get shit to go with bing. Apparently my account is under "editorial review" for every single ad. 200.00 voucher and haven't had a single ad go live yet ;(

You can pick what country, device, and even platforms to receive traffic from. Personally, I would only go with Microsoft sites to receive your traffic because that is the best quality.

For me it was like 3-4 hours.

Most of my campaigns are dealt with in hours, and I've actually had some decent ads with them. Started one yesterday for a diet pill, had 3 clicks and one conversion!

See the same thing on Google adwords mobile ads. Almost 95% invalid clicks on Google adwords mobile display ads. Even when limited to only USA advertising, still fake search pages and outside US visits occur.

Was about to try Bing, and saw your post.

Quoting not working properly.

This sounds like the exact same thing with Google before they got their act together. I suspect the same hurdles and experiences will occur with Bing until they get their act fully together as well.

Don't advertise on display network of bing. It is all crap and will not result in any conversions.

For country, you can set exact location and you can try advertising in Bing search network. This may be helpful to you in terms of conversions.

The specific sites I have in mind, which only Bing does exclusively, really need the display network ads shown. Text will not cut it.
What about focusing the Bing display network ads to only large sites like special Yahoo group sites, or other types of large known specialized sites (assuming this is possible with Bing as it is with Google)? Google display network ads are too expensive and Google WAP/Mobile display network ads are garbage too.

For me mobile display ads work perfect in adwrods, how can you see that 95% of your clicks are invalid?

I haven't used Bing ads before. I'd always use Adwords over it, from what I've heard Adwords gives you a lot more control over who is seeing it and where, which is the key to getting high converting traffic.
