Sitewide Links

I did a check on my backlinks through GWT and noticed one site has over 2000 links to my site and it has a PR of 4. Are that many links on one site not worth getting the link juice from the PR 4 site?

site wide links are not good,i had few of them too and i remove them all.

I did a massive case study on this you are able to recover from having a sitewide link so your rankings will go back up but from having a sitewide it seems to lower rankings by a large amount.

removed them on a few of my sites and it did not help. They are in health and finance niches
