I still haven't received any updates or reports on both my orders over 30 days ago, despite multiple PMs and raising a ticket the communication has been very bad, so I have had to raise a Paypal dispute to ensure the work is delivered.
Please update me asap or I have to assume the worst..

Ok I finally got the report for my first order (LAMSON), at first glance it was worth the wait if these rankings stick, results are what matter at the end of the day.
I'm not very happy about the lack of communication though so will monitor how my second order (Half Nuke War) goes before deciding whether to order more...

You said that you are looking into my ticket but I haven't received a response yet. Anyways, yesterday, all my rankings were gone and I added my site to webmaster tools and I got the dreaded "unnatural links" penalty. Please note that I'm not blaming this service..but this is the only one that is running right now in multiple pages on my site...I checked AHREFs and I accumulated more than 200,000+ backlinks since March 1st....WTH!...I'm thinking I was bombarded with a competitor with negative backlinks....I'm still in the process of sorting out and will use the disavow tool....but it would be nice if I have the report so that I can isolate some links...very frustrating that somebody can do this to anybody's site...

Please note that it's a workflow, the support team issues questions to the project manager, he takes it to the staffs & it returns back. It might take a little more time sometimes based on the scenario. Also, note that if there are 200,000 links pointing to your site, there is something that someone else is doing on your site & you have to be responsible for that. You will obviously get the message from google webmaster tools when the link flow is like that. Yes, ill ask the staff to get you the report of what's done.
