Newbies > Make extra money with expired domains, EASY!

Hey guys.
I want to share this simple method how to bank some $$$ by selling expired domains.
This is simple method that can triple your invested money on each domain you purchase.

What you need:

1.Few bucks on your credit card.
2.Goddady account.
3.Bido account

First, go on expireddomains.net/deleted-com-domains/
Look for at least PR.1 + domain, you can filter expired domains easy and it shows how many backlinks, PR, domain age etc.
Well... you need to know lil something about how to spot good attractive and profitable domain.

Second, when you find domain you want, go on your godaddy account and purchase it.
You can find godaddy coupons here on BHW, and that will save you money. Basically you can grab domain for 2-3 $

Third, go to bido.com
Open FREE account, and list domain.
Listing is FREE, but you can list only 1 domain every 24 hours.
Also, for each domain you list, you need to get 10 votes from other users in order for your domain to go on live auction.
So be smart and do lil research before you purchase domain.

List your domains on BIDO for MAX 39 bucks, and that is str8 30$ profit for you.
Attractive domains with reasonable listing price and that is 39$ sells almost all the time, so you should be able to bank from it without problem.
Follow this rule, dont believe to Domain appraisal tools, and dont be greedy, because if you list your domain high you might never sell it.
Its better to sell 10x 30+$ than none for 100,1000 etc.

Lil hint, to catch good domains, make sure you go on expired domains page at 8pm CET (re calcualte this in your time zone) that time server list new expired .com domains.

great idea but I had a quick look and couldn't find a domain that was still indexed in google so I guess most of them are dropped domains because they were spammed to death.
but I guess that if you keep searching you will be able to find good domains also

Hello OP, thanks for the post. I wanted to follow a similar method but sell the domains on flippa but didn't go through with it because charge for listings.

Do you have any advice to which domains are better, what I have seen is that shorter domains seem better.

What do you think about Sedo instead of Bido ?
Also is there an option to deny/cancel selling the domain which is already listed and got bids?
For example:
- I list myshittydomain.com to Sedo and Bido
- I got bids from both of the websites
- I want to cancel my auction at Sedo and sell the domain at Bido or vice versa.

PS:
It appears that Bido auctions are not very active .
From 02/11/2013 to 03/12/201(closed auctions)
- 28 auctions closed
- 35 bids placed
- 1 buy it now
- $2,088 in sales
Doesn't look attractive at all.

Total Days: 1728
Cost of Sales: $881,722
Cost of Sales per Day: $510.25
Domains Sold: 8652
Total Bids: 23789
Total Buy It Now: 50

According to google:
Bido has ~8500 registered users.
Bido has listed ~189,000 auctions
As you can see only ~4.5% of the actions were successful.

Taking into account the competition and the lack of knowledge(if you are a newbie), this method is not so easy as it sounds. You are competing for a share of ~$500 per day with a bunch of other people.

Well, yes finding good domain is not easy but im sure if you do proper research you can catch at least one proper domain daily

Flippa is not so good for domains, and to list one there is too expensive. They are no.1 for sites...and thats why they charge minimum 30$ per listing.

To be honest with you, i got more activity on my domains at Bido.
Yes, Sedo is great but i would go there if i would have really premium XXX+ domain.
Till then, practice your skills and list on Bido...even if u dont get much sales, you can see if you do good job with your selection by getting or not getting votes on Bido.

I'm not sure about this, you need to do a lot of studying and research before you can pick decent domains for sale. This is not the best idea for newbies IMO.

I'm just always using justdropped.com search but you must put a keyword on it..

This sounds like a waste of time. Because you have to calculate the hours/by the pay, and you will end up in the negative. Does anyone have a solid system of making 10,000 per month?
