Looking for a reputation management person, who knows its own about negative reputation.
Before I get yelled at, here's the situation:
A big company has produced a product that doesn't work. they got their product page on page 1 in Google for its KW, and are banking sales. When people post questions on their product page, they say "call us", also they remove all negative comments. But their product doesn't work for how people are intended to use it for the KW they are ranking.
Need someone bright with an idea to get that product page either knocked down out of G, or better yet get enough negative comments about their existing sales pitch so that they either remove it or modify sales pitch to let other people sell product that works.
