Great Blog with unique and informative content...need advice!

So I have a business blog with sub-niche categories. I have over 30 original and unique articles on my blog. I'm looking for ways to get A LOT of traffic to my blog. I've been using bing & google webmaster tools,submitted to blog directories, submitted to search engines, and also using twitter to promote it. What else can I do? My blog is only a week old by the way.

One week? Just wait for some time until it gets at least a month old and build some quality backlinks.
Post interesting content and update your blog daily.

Also get some quality backlinks from edu or gov sites too. Search Fiverr and you can find some good stuff. Or you can search for various BST in this forum too.
Just make sure that you won't get penalized by Google.

you have a long road to cover. Its just the start.
You need to do bookmarks for each post.
Post those posts on twitter and facebook
you need to do maximum link building with good verity and consistency

You need to do Social Bookmarking on sites like delicious/Reddit/Digg/faves...thats what I meant by bookmarks!

go for mention.net it works a lot better than google alerts and if you are willing to spend some time leaving some thoughtful comments in blogs related to your site, you'll get a lot of traffic from these sites.
