My Online SEO Case Study

Whilst i let offline ventures earn me autopilot income I would like to welcome you all to watch me do SEO on a new blog of mine. The Niche is Free Online RPG game. It is for a game i used to play a lot since 2003. The game is called: Revelation: Lands of Kaldana. I just started putting it together this morning, it took me about 2 hours to get everything set up the way i wanted. A good half an hour was spent finding the template, perfect and worth the wait though.

I will NOT be monetizing it in anyway and am doing it for free for the owner of the game and its small community.

I have done some onpage seo which comprises of a meta heading and a small 6 phrase meta keyword list:

Im still waiting for google analytics to update. The global traffic feed that comes with the template shows some nice early activity though:

. Ive done 8 Social Bookmarking Submissions with 6 keyword tags that i used in my blog meta tag. Sometimes i need to use less keywords depending on what each social bookmarking site allows of course.

Whoever posted that is a fool. Blogspot domains hold incredible authority, even though they're subdomains. Anyone who has a clue about SEO wouldn't have made a post like that. Look forward to seeing you strategies wakkaoko, and thank you for sharing.

well it's been a good 10 hours and hasnt been indexed. Im gonna leave the other 30 social marking sites until tomorrow cos im tired lol. Just finished running around our rural area doing a flier drop. It's 100% Humidity lol. The air cant even take anymore water. Friggen Auckland weather lol.

Blogifer and Digg Submissions show up. The blog isn't indexed yet though. I still have a lot more work to do. I would like to get the games community to get involved as well.

Edit: I submitted to 16 social bookmarking directories.
