Can you tell me how to contact someone at Google to receive help? I've had a UPS address for 4 years because I service people at their locations. I have the boxes checked correctly in my places, but was removed after Google called to verify my location. It was clear that they were looking at my address via satellite.
Thanks!!
There is no phone number that I know of. I'm sure they weren't looking at your address via satellite either...I think they are too busy. What happened to your listing? Was it there and now it's gone?
Here is the link to a Google places forum.

Google employees do not monitor it, but I think there may be a few people from Google (maybe present, maybe past) who do help people out if I'm not mistaken...I haven't used it in a while. If you follow the instructions on the forum and fill out a request someone will help you.
If you had a listing and it is no longer working, or if it says something like "pending" when you log in to G+ Places, there isn't much you can do. Sometimes their system just sucks. But...there are a few things you can try.
You can fill out a request for a new PIN and maybe when you verify it again it will work. Also, you can try making some changes and then clicking "Update". Some people believe that if you update something it sends a "fresh signal" to Google and that may help.
I don't know. I've had some issues that were resolved by getting a new PIN, and I have one client who has been listed as "pending review" for 8 months. Since that client doesn't give 2 shits, I have not done anything to get the listing fixed, but I know that on its own it won't happen.
Yea though....there isn't a number. Just by the sheer size of that forum I gave you, you'll see that Google + Places is a pretty big hassle for MANY people, so they would be on the phone all day fixing stuff, and helping people really isn't Google's mission if you ask me.
Good luck
