Got my domain & the domain is listed @ Y! DIR. The domain also very much authoritative backlinks. These backlinks come from actual pages & these types of backlinks DON'T get removed. It's like this domain has been sourced by that authority site.
Definitely a great thing! It costs $299 for an Y! DIR Listing & there are only 'chances' of approval. But this guy is getting you an already Y! DIR placed domain which is indexed & has good authority. Any smart mind knows how to make the best use of this service. You could put up a new site & get 'quick' & super fast ranks for really competitive keywords. One of the tests which Terry Kyle made shows that he ranked for the term backlinks @ #2 in just 2 weeks after placing a Y! Listing for his site.

Unique, Best & one of the kinda service. Tons of smart ways you could put this to use.

Yes, You can mention the niche while ordering. We try to get the domains as close as possible to the specified niche, but it's not guaranteed.
