Your assumption is right.
Buy views from some reputed and cheap sellers instead of using vagex. Vagex dosen't gives you garuntee of any video that is banned using their system. Providers do
I don't need a guarantee, as long as you know what you are doing you won't get your videos banned.

yes, I happen to run enhance views and vagex both on my vps which is powered by an i3 processor and costs me $65 per month. I regularly manage to get around 1500 credits on vagex and around 17,000 on enhance views. Life gets much easier when you have a VPS
