I need to hold a couple thousand dollars electronically for a while. I will definitely not use PayPal with the chance of limits and funds being frozen. I was going to use liberty reserve but it looks fucking impossible to fund and withdraw from them. Are there any alternatives I can use to hold money in and every now and then withdraw some?

A fully verified paypal account should do the job. There is somebody here who sells verified paypal accounts with VCC and VBA.
