Bulk Email Marketing

I have been a nightclub promoter for 15 years and have acquired quite a treasure trove of email addresses. About 300,000 to be exact and I?m looking for a solution to get around the various email services that don?t quite live up to what I need. What I?m trying to do is purge the entire list so that only valid emails are left. Then be able to email my customers when I want. I need a proxy server or regular server to handle all of this without being flagged as a spammer. My intention is not to spam but to let my clients know when there is a new party. Does anyone have an easy solution to this problem?

Purchase Aweber, it is an email marketing software that could easily manage and broadcast emails to your list, it also has a function to check for dead emails.

What an email sending infrastructure can ensure is just a good email relay, one can setup server with necessary measures, email authentication, feedback loops, fdns,rdns etc to ensure good email sending reputation, and can eventually achieve good sending score. But certainly one cannot stop one's hand to hit the email as spam.
Configure your own dedicated server with all necessary configuration measures.

If they are you customers in the past it would be most likely there emails are still good, especially since your a nightclub promoter. That crowd of people are usually young and tech savvy, they probably gave you the right emails and still use them for the most part.

Hey mate. I've been doing email mkt for some time.
Let me give you some insights of my experience.

If you want to make it in a safe way, try this steps:

1 - Get GSA Email verifier. The best one out there. It checks all your email list entries for valid email addresses and removes bad, invalid or bounce back emails. (I think you can get it for free, here on BHW). Search it.

2 - Most of the auto responders, like Aweber asks where did you get all your emails, after you import them there. And if you don't give them valid answers, like optin pages and so, they won't let you use their services to broadcast. So, get one that doesn't bug you with questions like that. I'm using Mailchimp.

NOTE: Don't use email senders that are not on a whitelist. Gmail, Yahoo and others has blacklisted some providers of bulk email senders.

3 - Create an email account on a provider like Godaddy, with private registration, and connect that account to mailchimp.

That's it. Again, use services that are whitelisted, always. Otherwise your email will go immediately to the spam folder of the recipients.

300000 emails are too much for pub lick services
You need dedicated service just for you but it will be hard to maintenance service only if you have one or two promotions a month

2. Install Interspire tool on your own server and send emails with web-management.
