Hi,
Can you help me with this problem? I was interested to verify paypal accounts for receiving money through them, and later on tranfser them to other paypal accounts. So my question is this "Will the accounts be able to send money to other accounts using their balance as funds?". Because here in Albania, the paypals can send money only using credit cards as funds, and not the balance funds. The balance funds can only be withdrawn.
