Well I would like to promote My service in Buy and sell section but I`m getting below error, Please suggest me steps.

you can't sell yet.. Read the sticky rules thread in that forum.. you first must be jrvip and etc..

as about that particular error, you must thick the box that you agree with the rules..

Did you get temporary infraction or a long term infraction? If you got a life time infraction, then you would never be able to start a sales thread. You have been on the forum for more than a year now, so it's expected from you that you know all the rules of the forum.
