1. As you wrote, this is a "
brand new network", so all this reviews related for previous network and the same results like before no guaranteed. Are you sure that results will be at least no worse than from the previous network? Do you test it early and get any results?
2. What will be a blog PR, DA/PA of a new network for 10 post package?
3. What your suggestion about how much urls/anchors using in 1 article for better results? 1...2...3...more? What about your experience about that?

I do have a couple of clients with whom I had some issues.. and the issues were.. delay.. not quality..
tbh that delay is never because I'm lazy or don't do my work.. its because I have to rely on article writers for the work.. sometimes they send spun content and I have to get the whole batch rewritten.. sometimes the clients change their details after a week and to provide them what they want I have to order fresh articles..

pr will be pr2 to pr4 for this pack as well and DA can't be guaranteed as we select random blogs.. thought the avg DA will be 18+ in any case.
not to mention that these are non spammed domains.. not like the others who buy domains, spam the hell outta them and start selling posts on them.. got my point?

I keep it natural.. I do it like 90% of my posts with 1 link per post and in the remaining 10% i link to some auth site as well..

ever heard of link diversity and types of links??
look at what leith provide.. or any other service provider provides.. its never the case that their links don't work.. its just that they want to get some diversity in links.. and the links that I provide cover all the black hat / grey hat links and boosts up the link profile..
leith is not having his own blog network so he outsources his work for that particular links to me.. same like what I do.. I do not provide web2 and other links so need his service for the link push..
