Exchange Service with manual comments?

Guys,

recommend me a views/like/exchange system where you can earn credits and use them to supply manually written comments to be posted on your youtube videos.

I am currently working with enhanceview, but its a nightmare about comments.. same comment gets published multiple times, other comments get blasted as well...

I used search ofcourse, but most results are for enchanceviews which i don't need as i stated.. thats why i started and the thread..

ok.. addmefast is not an option as well.. i don't see youtube comments in there..
