Got an email from Hostgator about SPAMvertizing

We have received complaints of a domain hosted on your account being spamvertised (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spamvertisement). Advertising via spam is a violation of our Zero Tolerance Spam Policy as found in section three of our terms of service. As such, we are requesting an explanation for the attached email and will require a resolution to this matter within the next 48 hours. Please contact us right away in order to resolve this matter.

just tell em you wont do it again , and if you do it again make sure you hide your spamming with proxies and host the spam domain on offshore hosting

Yeah, good call, go through a shitload of hassle just so you can keep a ten-bucks-a-month hosting account... Just tell them to go fuck themselves and move to a new host, problem solved.

I can say I won't do it again but the thing is that when the link building process continues, this might happen again at some point of time. So I am thinking of moving. So can anyone recommends me a good host(without these hassles)?

Check out the BST section, there are some really cool hosts with great reviews.

And yes since you ain't gonna stop the link building stuff(When you go black, you never go back), they might not warn again and simply close your account and you will lose all your data.

Hence, I think it would be the best to move to some other host..
