Adsense got denied?

What should i do different before i reapply for a adsense. Btw i didn't put a website because i dont have one...

Get a website first, post good quality original content. Carry on like this for a month or two then reapply.

No way am i going to wait two months for adsense. Is there a way i can start a blog or something so they can accpet me faster.

You can buy an adsense account. I remember reading somewhere that it's not against the rules to add websites that didn't make the initial cut. But buying/selling accounts I'm sure is against the rules.
