Hi all ,... I need a azure vps account. I have above phone a hotmail account . But problem is with CC.

Is there anyway to get vcc that works for azure ? I have tried bancore visa vcc .didnt work

I think empty vcc wont works on Azure. What is the minimum loaded vcc that works for a registration ?

I Registered on bancore with my mobile number,then they called me to set a pin of my own account through IVR .and got my visa of Zero balance
