Making a Live thread/ Live Topic

If admin team can make Live thread / Live topic ,people can easily participate in the discussion and can share their ideas it will be great

My point is making a thread live..people can post thier ideas in the next second it shows in the live thread,so that people actively participate in the conversation

ummm... that is what the forum is, people just are not active second by second. There is also an IRC chat room

There is already a chat room for that. Just copy and save the chat when you are done so you have the ideas saved.

Guys IRC chatroom doesn't have any chat logs ..and once you get disconnected no information is going to get saved..

Every IRC client can be setup to save logs, so there's no use for your suggestion.
