I have niche blogs dealing with the following topics (5 sites for each of the niches): finance, health, law, real estate, internet/tech, finance/loans/insurance. I would allow good bloggers to submit their articles along with 1 link per article. However, there are a few restrctions 1) the articles must be unique and relevant (don't send me spun stuff or stuff irrelevant to the niche); 2) have only one link; 3) that link must be to a quality site; 4) they may not promote anything illegal or shady; 5) the articles must be written by a native English speaker or someone who knows English perfectly. If you don't know the difference between "many" and "much", we won't publish your article; 6) at least 250 words long.
All these blogs are on different platforms and have their own .com url (none of that wordpress/blogspot crap). They are regularly updated and will continue to be updated. All of them have quality links pointing to them. Since they are all pretty new, there is no PR yet, but I will have PR3+ after the next update because I've pointed several hundred high PR links (of all type) to these 25 web sites.
