PAYPAL/EBAY question *Urgent help needed*

Okay so i have a banned ebay account and banned paypal account under my info. (My ssn, Bank account, Full name and address) All that info is banned.

My question is can my brother or sister that lives with me (over 18 years old) make another paypal and ebay account using their REAL SSN, full name but the same address.

When paypal and ebay ban do they ban your whole address/household and last name or can someone else use it with their real info with the same address and same last name mine was banned on?

My "friend" was in a similar situation and it was a ban on the bank account and ID, not the household.

Do not do this. Yes, the same house and address will cause them to be banned within days. Why would you offer up your SSN to ebay and paypal? No need to do this. Dont risk their names and SSN because it will be banned forever. You need to get your own stealth accounts going and never have to give a SSN number. And you can have many accounts. PM me as I can tell you someone who makes accounts that work perfectly for cheap cost. She makes ebay and paypal accounts that are amazing and helps you along the way. I bought several from her and all of them work perfectly.
 
NO! Form my experience they ban everything to do with your previous account. You will need a new IP address, postal address, phone, email, passwords, NEW EVERYTHING! and you will need to remove all cookies including flash cookies from your computer. Your BRO or SIS should be able to make a new account provided they do not live with you, which is a problem. Best bet is to get neighbor, friend relative that has no interest in eBay, there for never been banned, basically a stealth account.

Then get your relative or someone not living with you to sign up. If you have to access your account from home be sure to scrub your PC and use a fresh IP address.

This is not correct. They only ask for it when you sell 200 items and 20,000 in sales. Many have long term accounts and never get asked for SSN. Lady I know has several 2-3 years old and never has been asked for a SSN ever. And she sells on many and sells accounts to other also. She is a master at ebay and paypal.

I have 10 accounts, 9 I bought from her and never been asked for SSN at all.
 
OP I fell into the same trap. I opened a thread on how I got my new US ebay/paypal a/c opened again. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions. I used a VPN to cover my IP, but that is not recommended anymore, so try a VPS instead. And if you can use any of your family members #SSN go for it. But I would recommend you to keep this next account white-hat and safe as possible. Good Luck!

Hello,
You can re-create an eBay account after 6 months with same ssn, bank account, full name and address. However, if you want to create another account before the 6 months, you can still use the same address, different name, different ssn and different bank account.

My clients generally do not have an issue with a SSN Number when it comes to their PayPal account.
Sure you have the $20,000 mark for a business year. Alright then have a couple of accounts its no big deal.

And also people who acquire Canadian accounts have even less issues.
