Why can't I post links/contribute on this website?

I've been a member for almost 2 years and I still am not allowed to post any links. I spend 20 minutes making a thread about a premium WP theme I was about to share, but the system wouldn't let me.

your kidding right a 2 yr member with only 8 posts
and complaining you cant post links. i think it takes
50 posts to posts to use a link in a post so you
will be eligible in 10 yrs
