Scrapebox - What the hell is goin on?

Hi

I rented a dedicated server for myself. So I installed Scrapebox on it and filled out the license registration. "It may take up to 12 hours for license processing". 12 hours my a s s. It's been 3 days and the SB License on my dedicated server is still not activated. To top it all of they deactivated the scrapebox license on my home pc after the first day of waiting. I now have no scrapebox whatsoever.

Is this how they do business? Sent emails to support. no response. Are they on holidays? Can't pm sweetfunny because pm option is not activated.

is this normal?

dont be so quick so bash a user because they didnt reply in quick time
when you snapped your fingers, if as you say its been 3 days, you can
take off 2 days for Saturday and Sunday, people have a right to the weekend
off ya no, so ide call it 1 day.

also why are you posting this in the lounge when scrapebox has a sales
thread where support and sweetnfunny reply frequently try your post here
because had you bothered to look, sweet replied on her sales thread yesterday

I tried to reactivate my license ~week ago, didn't work, tried it again and got an email saying I already utilized the transfer for this month, had to wait till today to request the transfer again. Now it work ok. Dunno whats wrong with them, everyone makes a mistake sometimes.

Last time I reactivated my ScrapeBox license it was quite literally up and running within minutes.
Try dropping an email to support and see if they can sort it out!

No one cares how respected a member is, well that just increases the credibility of that person but business is business. If he fails to deliver as promised then all this respect you are talking about is down the drain and a SL is to be expected.

3 days is too long considering they do operate all days of the week so OP has the right to rant about their support not replying.

I love SB and their service is excellent. Sorry you are having problems but as @proxygo said, this is not the place to complain. Go to the SB sales thread and see if others are having same problem as you in the last 2-3 days and, if so, what kind of answers they are getting. If not, post your problem there and you may get responses with a solution from others while you are waiting to hear from SB support.

Hi, thanks for all the replies.

It was never my intention to "bash" sweetfunny (don't know how he is related to scrapebox). I just said I can't PM him because there is no option on BHW to PM him.

The scrapebox support didn't reply to my email(s). I'm angry because they deactivated the license without moving it. Now I have nothing.

If you put your energy into contacting the company that can fix this problem instead of bitching on a forum it would probably be done by now.

give them a break bro, SB is probably the most used blackhat tool and its rep is way beyond anything on the market.. they might be having some temp difficulties or are away..

though i know how you feell, waiting for something to get it going

this hppened to me too, i just saw somebody posting about sweetfunny today....how she scammed them and the post is gone now.....
I was scammed too, no reply, my sb still does not work after 5 years...

did somebody delete the post about sweetfunny? YOu say how she is respectable, but some many people come forth how bad support is and how she not refunds them after she disables their licence
