i am infected?

Damm some kind of virus is on my system. pop ups every Where and sites i look at have links to What i presume are affiliate links. then i check my email and it seems everyone has been sent a file.

ANY IDEAS WHAT IT IS AND HOW i gt rid of it?

Kick the virus' ass with https://support.kaspersky.com/4162. After that you could try running a scan with http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ to confirm it's gone completely.

Not sure if the free version has it, but paid has website/IP blocking in real-time which is GREAT to use in conjunction with another IP blocker program.

So happy when it blocks outgoing connections.

Ah, I see. Well I use avast! Free Antivirus for my real time protection, and Malwarebytes free to clean up existing threats on my system. But whatever floats your boat.
