A while a go I did some googling on him and it seemed he responded wherever google alerts pointed him and promised to resolve the situation, then accused of breaking the TOS and if that failed he would pay as soon as a case was filed. Not everybody sues for not paying.
It almost looks like he wants to pay, but can't. Filling one hole with another and jumping over the ones he can. If he wasn't scamming I would almost feel sorry.

Also, he had people working against him it seems.

This is shouting out loud scandalous, honestly i even doubt his death and more than that how can a multi million company die of a sudden when the owner dies ? What about action the action holders, etc ?

as i have never dealt with them and do not know about any affiliations between the mentioned guys, the obey.my-site...about the background of this picture...
...or do know if "bornformoney" is right or just stated that in his post to try and cover the reputation of his close friend:

i just wanted to mention it here as these ewa-threads are mixing up and within all the heat someone`s name that shouldn`t be in there could have been bashed.
whatever the truth is i cannot say - but i guess some of the people involved can.

as i said - i just thought i mention it...
...even if it turns out that both guys are running a buissness together - then it would at least create some awareness to users who may want to get into obey.my i hope.

I have never dealt with him, but beleive me, he's a snailjizz. I have just checked out EWA and what did I got? A huge text flashed in my face for a second, and it read:
