For packages above 125, no, we do not submit this way, we focus more on votes rather than quantity of the submissions
For package 250 and above, they work like this:
on the first 2-4 days we will submit your url to 125+ unique social bookmark sites
7 days after the first report delivered, we will go back to the submitted stories and vote on them
the process repeats every 7 days after report delivery
Not all social bookmark sites support vote system,
for these sites we will resubmit your url using different accounts and ip addresses
Each of our staff is using slightly different social bookmark sites list,
this way you will get few more new backlinks on each submissions
Similar to digg, The more votes you get, the better placement your story will be,
and for pligg based sites, they will change your backlinks attribute from nofollow to ********
