Ebay suspend my account - need some advise

I'm very unlucky today. My ebay account had been suspended due to violation of branding item. I'm just open my ebay account on 20 Jan 2009. Only within 2 weeks, I already get ban from there without any warning from ebay stuff.

Since I'm really need money within this month, I need some advise from expert here in BHW.

I want to register again an ebay account but my record has been blacklisted there. Is there any possibility I can get through this?

how about my paypal ? do I need to open other paypal account also?

Plus, if I already put my real name at my suspended account, can I use fake name from it?

You have to create a new paypal and also you cant use the same name again

You'll also need to get a new credit card for paypal. They will recognize you also with your mailing address, so get a p.o. box address.

You have to be careful not to allow ebay to link your accounts together. There is always the chance that you can get your account back - but in my experience, probably not. Clean your cookies and go to your Adobe Flash Players, Click on Setting Manager and then click Web Privacy and clear any stored websites that you see on there. Use different IP when setting up your new account. Since you linked your paypal account to this ebay account, you wont be able to use it for your new ebay account - so when you get a new address and bank to use, open a new paypal as well. And then, don't sell anything that you can get banned for in the future and you should be okay.

You could register a new account with a different ip etc. and a paypal account. You have to make sure that you leave no evidence for the accs to be linked.

One thing i dont understand is that i have had about 4 auctions with brand violations, ebay just took them down and refunded the listing fees. I didnt get a ban.

yeah, ebay closed my account plus remove all my listing which violated brand name. They sent me an email saying they suspend my account until further notice. From my reading, it really hard to get my account back after it being suspended. Maybe expert here know better about my case.

By the way, I had to do all the job again. I'm very disappointed because I already collecting good feedback before. Maybe there a lesson for me to learn more about ebay.

Talk to the the ebay support. I was able to restore my suspended account thru that method.

How exactly do you get the money out of your paypal account if they cannot be linked? You cannot link it to your bank account, correct?

its very easy getting throught ebay, i have 10+ ebay accounts

1. choose a fake name
2. change your ip address
3. clear cookies
4. clear flash cookies
5. create new email address
6. get a vcc
7. get a phone number for free at vumber dot com -> 30 day free trial
8. register a new ebay account with fake info.
-verify with vcc, email address and phonenumber
9. use same info on paypal
10. buy a bank account number here on bhw
11. verify your paypal account

and BOOM
your back up

They do call you. And sometimes if your account is limited you must provide a valid phone number. My advice to the OP, just quit with eBay and PayPal and give Amazon a try.

Before you listen to these guys you need to get things done right!

1) You need to get a new PO Box.

2) go to your nearest Giant gas station and buy a prepaid gift card...

3) You will need a new bank account... You can use any of your older ones as long as you never used them on eBay or PayPal.

4) You will need a pre-paid cell phone to confirm your identity.

5) Never ever ever use any of your older information! Clean your computer and re-new your IP address.

6) get a new email address... Remember never use anything you have used before!

As far as the bank account goes, as long as you have a bank account that you never used, they can't find out who owns it, who operates it etc... They are simply unable to... they can only confirm it by the deposits...

If you need any more help, let me know! I have done this millions of times. I have 4+ accounts...

one other thing, check for flash objects under adobe settings manager and delete or you will be linked with old account
