Mobile Themes for local

Hey BH'rs

Who knows of any good (not corny looking) mobile themes for local type businesses? I've looked in Google quite a bit, and there's not a lot out there that I could find. I'm looking for the simple type themes with the tabs for navigation and click to call...really simple, but I don't want them to look like they are designed by a 3rd grader, which is all I can find.


I have a real estate guy who is kind of picky, so I need some nice looking examples, and who knows this shit better than BHW!


If you can help, I will appreciate it greatly!

I use EzMobileSiteGenerator from WF (not affiliated). Simple Wordpress plugin, many features. Constantly updated (they are on v4 now I believe). You can keep it on the wordpress site or export as HTML. Hope that helps its like $56 or something.
