I've used them for 2 months and here's what this service is all about, just my honest review here.

Trial service they say is for 2-3 days, they basically took 2-3 days to introduce me to their 2 VA's and one article VA so thats that.

Only go for this service if you really know a great lot about SEO, that includes providing them with links, sources for links and all the good links and stuff for them to do the SEO on your sites. Don't depend on them to scrape or find links or create high quality links for you, that won't happen.

I gave them 42 new Sites, never had any SEO done on them. I let them work on it for 2 months and stopped, i waited a month later to see if the sites were going to have at least some kind, and i only expected like a 5% results for the amount of money i paid (690$ x 2 months) .

Today on exactly the third month, 39 of the 42 sites had unnatural links notice in google Webmasters tools.

What i had them do was :

Create high quality, manually created Tier 1 web 2.0's, only 5 a day per Site with original content created by the Va's (unspun content)

After day 20 of creating the Tier1 web 2.0's, the VA's used Senuke and GSA to create tier 2 links. (content was still original and not spun at this tier)

Once the Tier2's were done they created Tier 3 and 4 through scrapebox, no hands SEO, Link wheel bandit and all that i had with greatly spun content)

I was to blame and at fault here because i trusted them to create high quality Tier 1 and 2 links, i took a look into those links today and they were pretty average and not up to standards and footprints were obvious which is why all my sites were penalized within the same week.

So my conclusion with these guys are, you either provide them with all the stuff, makes me wonder then why hire them at all if you have all the good stuff and can run the tools on your own, OR don't hire them at all.

Support was terrible, in 2 months of work, VA's had almost 15 days of holidays combined (Not including Saturdays and sundays) and there was just a lot of Excuses which made no sense at times.

My only praise for this service is one VA that i worked with, she was always responding and was very nice and almost knew what was to be done.

So i suggest to you, Jake or whatever or whoever is running this company now, Don't call your VA's a SEO VA, because you really don't know what you're doing and people are just going to end up wasting time and money with your Service.

Thanks for review. I went through the same thing. You need to set up an automatic paypal payment then suppose to get free trial. They never responded, never got free trial. Not the way I start doing business with someone. Very bad first impression. You only confirm my thoughts. I guess you always get what you pay for...

I am still waiting for a refund from these guys. The VA we received is very nice but is never online and we give her a task, She does it for one day then stops and we have to chase her down for her to start again. and when sending emails and skypes to the admin they go unreplied. the next step is a chargeback. I hate that these guys have forced me to go public with this situation but i have no other choice.

Bottom line, Stay away
