Do you think Howie Would be interested in a JV?

Discovered a niche that's making one affiliate, he started in May 07 in this niche, over $65k a month. His pushing about 5 niches but this one is making him about $65k in sales alone. WOW!

Trying to contact Howie is like trying to contact the president. I have emailed him at least 3 times in the past few days. His using the email verification system and i have already been white listed but the guy wont reply.

I want to see if Howie and i could storm the top position on Google for this niche. You know, his expertise and my knowledge of the niche, to get us too the top? A guy like Howie could take over the 1st position on Google in 24hrs since the top competing site for this niche are only two Squidoo lenes and one other site. Think Howie would be interested????

I'd like to JV with him I think together, we could push double or triple this figure every month. No shit! Its free money if he accepts!!!!!

Also, i dont have 50 - 80 people from India submitting sites 24/7.

http://pingler.com/ is a pretty good pinger. If they aren't ranking they just don't have enough links &/or the links have not been indexed yet.

If you are using BMD you don't need a web based pinger, just rip the list from pingler & you automate the pinging of massive amounts of links. With enough accounts you can have BMD going 24/7.

Get a software that automates the process like SEnuke.

Then grab a great proxy service.

Then start getting your content set, your sites up, then promote the shit out of em every day.

Why would Howie need you? No offense intended. Just use what he teaches. Lot's of web 2.0 sites using low competition buy keywords, link them together, bookmark, submit videos, setup a money page, more articles and just keep pushing it.

honestly I dont care how stand up guy he might be we all know he has many personas so why would not he take his niche over himself after you talked to him. That guy is there make money like all of us. Just apply web 2.0, look what kind of paterns google is giving you. If there are videos on front page make videos, if there are news make news releases. Bookmark everything. If this is worth 65k I would not waste my sleep and attackit all day long. Good Luck buddy i know you can do this!

Maybe I need to look at his newer stuff, he never struck me as very talented at anything besides selling to other marketers which isn't hard.

Beyond that, speaking as someone who gets JV requests daily, 98% of the time, the person thinks they found something good because they dont have the experience to know better, 2% of the time it's legit potential on some level, but I dont want to work with some clown from a random forum, its always a nightmare. The second someone has access to me it becomes non stop, they think they are part of my family and I am their free coach and ticket to wealth.

If you really want to JV with someone at the top of the game, you need to stand out, an email saying "I have found a million dollar niche, let's team up" is as common as emails offering viagra for ten cents a pill.

In the end if you found something that good, you could get a piece of the market yourself, you don't need anyone else.
