Showing Someone Website Can be Okay When Register On CPA network?

Hello guys, I am looking for a good cpa network who have a lot of offers. I applied many times and denied every time. I am running a blog on free platform blogspot.com. I am getting daily 10k unique visitors so I think I can make decent amount with cpa network. At last I find out why are not approving my application. The first cause is I am running blog on free platform. Now my question, Is it possible to someone website to get approving? Are they tracking the register website??? Someone please answer my question
